CHALLENGE:
The challenge of this structure is the extremely greasy product that this box is containing.
SOLUTION:
The substrate is poly coated to be oil resistance on one side. It is essential to have the food contact surfaces to the poly coated sides only that the oil will not be absorbed into the packaging. A one piece insert is used to provide a full protection and also to act as a divider.
