CHALLENGE:
This box is to contain a mechanical part that comes in three different length. The box should be one size fits all while hold the components within an organized manner.
SOLUTION:
The top tray has perforation lines that can be torn open to fit longer version of the product. The lower layer of insert has a circular cutout that not only allow the dial on the product to sit firmly on two layers of support, but also provide an opportunity for being a thumb hole for users to lift the insert to discover the manual and other components.
